My current position

I have not reflected this in any of my blogs and it is massive.

I am running in the LONDON MARATHON 2021!

Training is going well, although I do need to push myself harder if I want to be faster. My furthest distance is 18miles, check my strava.com. I have set myself a minimum task of 10miles a week, pathetic I know. It is set as a baseline, so that I don’t ever go below that and I rarely go near it. I run lots of 5kms and 10kms with a few long runs and the weekends, pushing myself harder every time. Tomorrow (Sunday 25th April) I am aiming to run the big 20 miler.

I know I can do it, it will hurt a lot. When I ran 18 miles 3 weeks ago, I went for a 7 mile bike ride and a 5km seaside walk with Molly to cool down. I slept like a baby that night I can tell you.

Returned from a break

I suppose it’s not good for consistency when owning a blog to have such a long break between posts and I don’t have an excuse. Spring has arrived, I have motivation, I can’t blame lockdown or COVID. So here I am, writing. I am currently balancing a number projects and I really would love to finish one right now, well one of the big ones, like my living room. Or my broom cupboard studio. Finding a place to holiday/ vacation in the summer. Fixing my shed, building a new bike, updating my website. The list is big and continues. To be honest, if I get to the point where I had completed all of my projects, I wouldn’t know what to do with myself. I know that would never happen.
